Emergency Emergency Appliance Repair Overview
An appliance emergency is any sudden failure that puts your home, health, or property at immediate risk, a refrigerator that stops cooling and threatens spoiled food, a washing machine leaking onto hardwood floors, or an oven that won't shut off. In Airway Heights, WA, these situations escalate fast, especially in extreme weather when backup options are limited.
Our emergency technicians treat every call as time-sensitive. Instead of waiting days for a standard appointment, you get a technician dispatched the moment you call, equipped to diagnose and resolve the majority of urgent appliance failures in a single visit.
Common Emergency Situations
Refrigerator Stopped Cooling
Food spoilage risk within hours. We prioritize these calls to save your groceries.

What to Do Right Now
Unplug or Power Down the Unit
If it's safe to reach, disconnect the appliance from power to stop electrical risk or prevent further mechanical strain while you wait for help.
Shut Off the Water Supply
For leaking washers, dishwashers, or ice makers, locate and close the water valve behind or beneath the unit to limit flooding.
Move Valuables Away From the Area
Relocate rugs, electronics, and furniture away from leaking or overheating appliances to prevent secondary damage.
Keep Refrigerator and Freezer Doors Closed
Minimizing door openings preserves cold air longer and buys extra time before food safety becomes a concern.
